The cameras of the Furrion Vision S Systems # FOS05TASF are normally powered by the running light circuit of the trailer wiring. In order to have them on when parked and/or towing you'd have to have them ran to a power source that's on all the time like to a RV battery or to the 12 volt accessory circuit of the trailer wiring. After looking up the wiring diagrams for your old RV Stereo AWM970 and your new Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A (Jensen part number JWM62A) you new stereo should actually have 3 more wires, not less wires.
The AWM970 had two connectors, a 12 pin and a 4 pin where the # JWM60A has 19 wires in its connector.
To install the new harness you will need to match the functions for shown in the two included wiring diagrams, and importantly go one wire at a time so that nothing gets mixed up.

Replacement trailer leaf spring info isn't listed anywhere on the trailer but it's not too hard to figure out what you would need. Basically you need to know the axle capacity of the trailer and the length of the current springs.
